About the Author
W. Lawrence Nash is a product of the deep snow winters of the Niagara region of southern Ontario, Canada. He began his writing career as a reporter and columnist for the local newspaper at age 16. Today he is a creative force in modern fiction, wrapping fantastic science in the noir ambience of traditional mystery and intrigue. His works feature riveting dialogue, creating high tension drama as well as heart-warming comedic and human moments.

He has worked in the putrescent malaria infested swampland of Guyana, on their piranha filled Mazaruni and Orinoco Rivers as well as in the high Jungle of the Peruvian Andes.
He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science as well as a past member of the Cognitive Neuroscience Society. Dr. Nash lives in the hinterland of British Columbia. He is the father of three wonderful grown-up girls and he Dragonboats and sings, often simultaneously.
